Hi have been ordering matcah, organic lavender earl grey, and organic lavender sencha for a few months now. The products are incredible. I'm on a monthly subscription now, and everything comes in on time. The teas are AMAZING! I just ordered their matcha wish and bowl and I can't believe the difference making the matcha with the right equipment makes! This is a great company with incredible products!

This matcha was amazing and exactly as they described, it was umami and creamy. When I prepared it the traditional way it was really good and it tasted amazing, but I wouldn’t use it in a latte as it lost the initial notes of umami and was light. Overall I really love this matcha and WILL be purchasing again from them.

Absolutely loved the milk oolong tea! When I opened the package; the scent of the tea leaves reminded me of brown butter cookies coming out of the oven. The tea tastes as wonderful as it smells. Will buy again.

Honest review. I have tried many Jasmine teas before and whoever Genuine Tea Company's supplier is, I find this jasmine to be amazing for the price. Is this Jasmine sprayed with artificial jasmine? Genuine Tea Company says no but who knows if it's just marketing? I say this because my last order in 2025 the pouch had this large strange dried flower in it. They say good jasmine does NOT have the flowers left in the tea to avoid bitterness. And yet, this jasmine tea is still amazing! ! I've tried others, including some higher end jasmine from companies like David's Tea Butterfly jasmine and Genuine Tea Company's Jasmine tea is 100% times better!!! It is smooth and has no bitterness. Considering it's not pearls I'm very impressed and why I keep buying this Jasmine over other companies. This is easily Genuine Tea Company's best tea in my opinion.

Love loose leaf tea. I have my favourite. Decided to try one from Genuine Tea. I guess I was missing out on taste. It's absolutely delicious!

The Organic Masala Black Tea from Genuine Tea is delicious. I’ve been having a cup mid-morning. I make the tea in a large cup—then save the tea bag. I have a second cup mid-afternoon. That way it’s both yummy and economical!

I’ve been ordering the Imperial Jasmine Green Tea as my everyday go to tea for a number of years now. Great quality taste and I absolutely love the smell (wish it were a candle!)

I love the flavour of this tea. It has a lot going on. Scented perfectly.

I discovered this tea from a local (and my favourite) café in my area, it reminds me of my partner who originally got it and we shared a cup. Its my go-to for the spring summer, and the smell is incredible! It has a unique sweetness that isn’t sugary and the lavender makes the blend feel complex quite bright in flavour. I think this is one of those teas where if you are not sharing a pot, for an individual cup a pinch will do the job. (Though personally I like my tea to be lighter and with a pinch you get a good idea of the taste!) I’m so happy I was able to restock my favourite tea, as it is quite hard to find this stores!
